My Story
I've spent several months working on something that has become my refuge...
I've discovered through my journey that life shouldn't feel so heavy. We shouldn't live in a state of constant contraction — it's exhausting, unhealthy, and it ages us 😁. The rush makes us lose life. We stop enjoying simple things, waiting for holidays, vacations or losses to truly feel what matters.
𝑽𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒐 is nothing more than a bite of presence — letting go of control and allowing ourselves to be inspired by Life.
𝑽𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒐 is an invitation to simplify negative thoughts, to completely eradicate complaint, criticism, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭 and fully accept what happens.
